Our CITB Director’s Role for
Health and Safety Course delivers a minimum of 7.5 hours of instruction to a
maximum of 12 delegates. The course provides a summary of how to promote a
positive safety culture within an organisation. It allows delegates an open
forum where the opportunity to discuss thoughts about health and safety and
their own responsibilities is encouraged. An action plan is formulated
throughout the day, which can be taken back to each delegate’s workplace and
put into practice.
This course is designed for directors
and senior managers of any organisation in the construction, civil engineering
or allied trades. CITB require delegates to be competent in English at senior
management level. The DRHS course is endorsed by Build UK as the standard
training for all senior managers and company directors.
